Assigning #1 as to run MS NotePad program (C:\WINDOWS\NOTEPAD.EXE).
Copying "jJohns@xyz" to Clipboard from "John Johns;jJohns@xyz".
Copying the entry "John Johns;jJohns@xyz" to the grid (your text).
Creating "John Johns.txt" file using the "John Johns;jJohns@xyz" entry.
Updating (replacing) "John Johns;123 4567" with "John Johns;023 4567".
1 click the Clear check box.
2 tick the Num Lock check box & the Dictionary check box off if on.
3 enter "John Johns;".
4 check the Num Lock check box.
5 enter "123 4567".
6 check the Dictionary check box and tick the Num Lock check box off.
7 click on the Add button, or draw 'a' for adding the entry while pressing the right mouse button down, or drawing 'a' on the after clicking on the Dic check box.
* To enter one space, click the left mouse button or the space button once.
* An entry can be delimited by ';' or the code for the Enter key so that it can be dispersed into 12 Edit boxes by clicking the Disperse button.
1 click the Clear button.
2 tick the Dictionary check box off if on.
3 enter "1=C:\WINDOWS\NOTEPAD.EXE". See Adding ..., Composing ..., or Finding...
* To run it, check the Num Lock box and the Dictionary check box, and then draw `1` while the right mouse button is pressed down.
* To find out available characters, draw a character followed by =. It should be blank or not found.
1 find "t=C:\WINDOWS\DIALER.EXE". See finding...
2 copy it to your text (grid). See copying ... to the grid. See coping ... to the grid.
3 replace C:\WINDOWS\DIALER.EXE with new program (keep t=).
4 check the Dictionary check box if off.
5 click on the Replace button, or draw `u` for update while the right mouse button is pressed down.
* Use MS-DOS names (8 characters long).
* To run it, check the Dictionary check box and then draw `t` while the right mouse button is pressed down, or click the Telephone button.
1 click the Clear button.
2 tick the Dictionary check box off.
3 start drawing at the artificial pad corresponding the character to be recognized, or tick the Num Lock check box off if entering alphabet.
4 tick the List check box if selecting a word from the list. It is automatically replaced with the selected word.
5 click the YES button if the new word to be added. This happens when ';' or '.' is pressed.
* Double-clicking on a word in the list, or click on an word and click the OK button, replaces automatically with the selected word.

3 click the Dictionary check box off if on.
4 select "jJohns@xyz" by holding down the right button, starting at j and ending with z or vise versa.
5 click on the Copy button on your left, or draw `c` for copy while the right mouse button is pressed.
6 right-click the Combo box & select Copy from the menu.

3 click the Combo box.

2 click the NotePad button, or check the Dictionary check box and then draw `n` for NotePad while the right mouse button is pressed down.
* The string starting first character and ending before ';' is used for naming the text file. If no ';', the entire string of the dictionary entry is used for naming the file.
* If the file exist, it will be opened.
* The file is created under C:\Mukon\Text directory.
1 click the Dictionary check box off if on.
2 select the string to be deleted by locating first and last character while pressing the right mouse down.
3 click the Del button or draw d for delete while pressing down the right mouse button.
* If the "Deleting the entry : ..."question appears, click the NO button and then YES to the "Deleting the text : ..." question.

3 click the Del button or draw d for delete while pressing down the right mouse button.
* Click the NO button to the "Delete the text : ..." question and try it again after checking the Dictionary check box.

* An entry is dispersed into 12 Edit boxes, delimited by ';' or the code for the Enter (Return) key.

3 complete your e-mail in the grid.
4 right-click the Combo box & select Copy from the menu.
5 click the E-mail button, or check the Dictionary check box and then draw `e` for e-mail while the right mouse button is pressed down,
6 paste the text, cut the e-mail address and paste it to the receiver box.
1 click the Clear button.
2 Check the Num check box for entering digits and click it off for entering alphabet.
3 keep entering the word until found.
Or
1 check the List check box whenever the partial word to be found in the list dialog.
2 select the word if found in the list by double-clicking on it, or click on it and click the OK button.
* If there are more than one entries on the word, the first one is retrieved.
1 tick the Dictionary button off if on.
2 select a string by locating first and last letter while pressing down the right mouse button.
3 draw m for move, right-clicking on the box (character) to be inserted, while pressing down the right mouse button.

1 click the Dictionary check box off if on.
2 draw p for paste starting at the box (character) to be inserted while the right mouse button is pressed down, or

1 check the Dictionary check box if off.
2 draw r while the right mouse button is pressed down.
1 check the Dictionary button if off,
2 select the string to be searched by locating first and last character while pressing the right mouse down.
* If your drawing is recognized as a Dictionary command, click the NO button.
1 find "John Johns;123 4567". See finding ...
2 right-click the Combo box & select Copy from the menu, or click the Disperse button and copy the phone # only.
3 click the Telephone button, or check the Dictionary check box and then draw `t` for telephone while the right mouse button is pressed down.
4 paste it on the Edit box of the telephone program.
5 click the Dial button.

4 draw 0 starting at the '1' box, or click on the '1' box and then draw '0' on the artificial pad.
